Day 1: Order Received
Your order enters the production queue. If it's a standard model (Nexus, Race Day Grips), manufacturing starts immediately.
Days 2-5: DLS Manufacturing
The part is printed on our Carbon M2 machines using EPU 41 resin. The DLS process ensures millimetre precision and consistency between parts.
Day 6: Post-processing
Cleaning, final curing and quality control. Every part is inspected visually and dimensionally before it is approved.
Day 7: Assembly and Packaging
For saddles: fitting the carbon base and rails. Careful packaging with protective materials.
Days 8-9: Express Shipping
Dispatched by express courier. 24h to the Iberian Peninsula, 48-72h to the rest of Europe.
