Are they compatible with my bike?
Yes. CarboXtrem Aero aerobars are compatible with every brand and model of bike. Before making them we check your handlebar and your measurements, and after you buy we contact you on WhatsApp to guide you step by step.
Do they stand up to rain, mud and hard use?
Yes. All our products are tested in real race conditions, made with technical materials such as EPU 41 resin and hand-laid carbon fibre.
What measurements do I need to send, and how do I know they'll fit me?
After you buy, we guide you step by step through taking the measurements: usually height, weight, arm length and your handlebar details. With that data we make the aerobar to your size, and you have our perfect fit guarantee: if something doesn't fit, we put it right.
How long does manufacturing take?
Manufacturing usually takes 2 weeks. Once it's made, shipping normally takes 24 to 48 hours.
Can I return the product if I'm not convinced?
This is a product made to measure to your specifications, so it isn't covered by the standard right of return once manufacturing has started (article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Before we start making it you can cancel the order: write to us and we'll sort it out.
In exchange you get our perfect fit guarantee: if it doesn't suit you, we work with you and readjust it as many times as needed, at no cost, until we get a correct fit for your bike and your body. And if it turned out not to be adjustable, or there were a fault we couldn't put right, we refund you in full.
Custom products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover errors arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, nor normal wear and tear. Your legal rights as a consumer regarding faulty products remain intact. See terms.

What does it mean that it's 3D printed?
We use Carbon DLS technology, the same one brands such as Specialized and adidas use. That lets us make components fitted to you to the millimetre.
