How it works
We don't make standard sizes. Every aerobar, every saddle and every grip comes out of your bike: out of the real shape of your handlebar and the position you ride in. This is the process, step by step.
The process, in four steps

You tell us what bike you have
Make and model of the bike and of the handlebar. If you don't know which bar you have, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll identify it. You can also check it in the list of compatible models.

We adapt the part to your handlebar
We have the real measurements of most handlebars on the market on file. We use them to adjust the design so it sits on the whole surface, with no shims and no play. If you come from a bike fit, we apply your figures: distance between elbow rests, height and reach.

We make your part
3D printing in carbon fibre reinforced nylon, with carbon fibre tubes. Manufacturing takes 2 weeks from the moment we confirm your bike's details.

It arrives ready to fit
Once made, shipping takes 24/48 h. It comes with its bolts and the fitting instructions. If something doesn't fit when you mount it, tell us and we'll sort it out.
What we need from you
- Make and model of the bike.
- Make and model of the handlebar (or a photo of the mounting area).
- If you've had a bike fit, the measurements of your position.
- Anything that affects you: shoulder pain, big hands, a very short stem…
You talk directly to the person who makes the part. As it's made to your own specifications, it isn't covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal the law sets for catalog items (returns policy), and that's exactly why we'd rather talk before making anything: if there's a fit problem or a fault, we put it right.
Common questions
How long does it take from when I order?
Two weeks of manufacturing plus 24/48 h of shipping. The clock starts when we have your bike's details confirmed, so the sooner you send them, the sooner you get it.
I don't know which handlebar I have, what do I do?
Send us a photo of the handlebar on WhatsApp and we'll tell you the model. It's the quickest way and we do it every day.
What if my bike isn't on the list?
The list covers the models we've already measured, but it isn't a limit: if yours isn't there, we measure it and add it. Write to us and we'll confirm whether it's doable before you buy anything.
Can I ask for a specific colour or finish?
Ask us. There are finishes and combinations we can do at no extra cost and others that do add to the price; we tell you beforehand.
