Deleting your personal data

At CarboXtrem we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

When you contact us via WhatsApp, email or our website to order or ask about a product (for example, made-to-measure aerobars or handlebars), we may store your name, phone number, shipping address, the photos and measurements you send us and the messages exchanged, for the sole purpose of manufacturing and delivering your order and supporting you.

How to request deletion of your data

You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you. To do so:

1. Write to info@carboxtrem.com from the same email address, or quoting the phone number you contacted us from.
2. Put "Data deletion" in the subject line.
3. We will get in touch to verify your identity and will then delete your personal data (including photos and conversations) within a maximum of 30 days.

Exceptions

We may retain the information strictly necessary to meet legal obligations (for example, invoicing data) for as long as the law requires. Once that period has passed, it will also be deleted.
